I’m a writer and producer who specializes in feature writing, profiles, explanatory journalism and Q&As. Over nearly two decades, I’ve developed a reputation as an attentive interviewer who delivers multidimensional portraits of people, places and issues. As a producer, I’m experienced at bringing short films, promotional videos and panel discussions to life.
After a childhood in the South and happy years spent on both coasts, I’ve made the Ozarks home base. You’ll often find me enjoying the good things in life, including hot yoga, hot sauce, film noir, pinot noir and great conversation.
“Break” is a short film I produced and co-directed from an original script by Richard Amberg. It screened at the Kansas City FilmFest International and the New Hope Film Festival and was recognized by the BEA Festival of Media Arts.

I wrote, produced and co-directed videos as part of a branding campaign for Missouri State University’s Judith Enyeart Reynolds College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities.
